Reflection Yoga: Resetting for the New Year

In the Jewish tradition, the 10-day period between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is a special time for reflecting about your behavior during the previous year, asking for forgiveness and pledging to make positive change in the coming year. Regardless of your religion or religious practice, prepare for the coming year and Yom Kippur with a special meditation, yoga and relaxation session.
