We're excited to welcome Eifion Williams, Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Visit Wales, as our special guest speaker (due to technical issues, Eifion was unfortunately unable to join us last time).

Eifion will be sharing insights on grading and introducing the new Welcome Awards, which recognise businesses that go the extra mile to meet specific requirements for Families, Pets, Anglers, Bikers, Cyclists, Walkers, Golfers, TV/Film, and Motorhomes.

Owing to Visit Wales internet security, this session will take place via Teams rather than Zoom.

At this meeting we'll be joined by the founder of Purchasing for Business, Gurvinder Patara, who will be discussing the 'cost of business' crisis and sharing insights about how all businesses can potentially make cost savings. Not to be missed.

In our meeting on 14th March, Zoe provided a whistle stop tour of how to update your information on our Visit Mid Wales and Show me Wales websites using the new system. We'll be producing more step by step videos shortly. We've also produced a pdf guide (see link below), and we're on the end of the phone/Zoom/Teams call if you'd like a one to one session.
