I had a great time celebrating Martin Luther King Jr.'s Legacy with my wife, Anna, and my two fantastic daughters. We spent the day with Mayor Dean Trantalis and Commissioner Pamela Beasley-Pittman. At the height of the morning, we welcomed volunteers participating in United Way's Day of Service. We then walked in the parade to Carter Park and basked in the festivities (props to our student bands)! I am prideful to be a part of a community that fosters unity, civic engagement, and great spirit. |
