BELLE CHASSE, LA. - The Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement Project announces an upcoming temporary night time traffic disruption at the Burmaster St. and LA-23 intersection. On Thursday, July 27 and Friday, July 28 crews will be installing pavement in this intersection between 7PM – 5AM.
This work is in preparation for the new Belle Chasse Bridge.
Residents of the Fort St. Leon neighborhood traveling during these hours are encouraged to utilize the East X St. and LA-23 intersection.
