Dear Colleagues,
The Office for Research is sponsoring two town halls in October to gather feedback on Facilities and Administration (F&A) or indirect costs allocation.
Last year we held town halls for the campus community to gather insights about:
- how to engage researchers in conducting and producing more research and creative work,
- reassessing the distribution of F&A returns, and
- creating a culture of research at Idaho State.
Using the information gathered, we have developed three hypothetical F&A allocation models. These models will be presented at the upcoming town halls in an effort to stimulate further dialogue and discussion.
