Team Connecticut

Team Connecticut (FBU) brings together top athletes from the region to compete on a national stage. Our program focuses on high-level development, competition, and exposure while allowing athletes to represent Connecticut and build connections that last well beyond their playing days.

Winter Programs

Lions Den Friday Night Lights 7v7 League

Compete indoors this winter against athletes from across the area. Players can register individually or with teammates for competitive 7v7, development, highlights and more.

Day: Friday Evenings

Start: Friday, January 8th

End: Friday, March 5th

Ages: 10 through 14

Future Stars Flag Football

Future Stars is our indoor flag football and skill development program for athletes in grades K–5. Open to beginners and experienced players, the program will help athletes develop football fundamentals, compete in weekly games, and build confidence in a fun environment.

Day: Sunday Mornings

Start: Sunday, January 10th

End: Sunday, March 7th

Grades: K through 5th
