In order to avoid a traffic jam with the on-site school drop-off in the main parking lot ending at 9:00 a.m., our hosts have asked us to delay registration and convening one hour.
NOTE: This is an ONSITE meeting, and only those present at the site will be able to observe or participate in the meeting. There will not be an online option for remote participation.

| | Temporary Staffing Approved by the Coordinating Team | | |
Following the announcement of the Rev. Dr. Holly Dillon’s retirement at the end of March, the Coordinating Team has approved two part-time, temporary positions to support work currently being carried out during this transition.
This information was shared last week by Stated Clerk Bill Wildhack with ministers and clerks. Position descriptions are attached below, and churches are encouraged to share them with teaching or ruling elders who may be interested or qualified.
Cindy Kendall, a ruling elder at Presbyterian Church of Palm Harbor and a member of the Assoc. Presbyter Search Committee is the primary point of contact for inquiries, and the search committee is asking for potential candidates to contact her no later than Friday, February 13, at 317-370-3988.

Associate Presbyter for Connectional Ministry - Presbytery of Tampa Bay

The Associate Presbyter for Connectional Ministry resources and facilitates the work of the Commission on Ministry (COM) and the Commission on Preparation for Ministry (CPM), strengthening healthy ministry and fostering connections among congregations, ministers, and candidates.

Associate Presbyter for Congregational Vitality – Presbytery of Tampa Bay
Position Summary:
This role strengthens congregational vitality by resourcing and facilitating the work of the Commission on Church Vitality (CCV), Board of Trustees (BoT), Presbytery Disaster Assistance Team (PDAT), and Committee on Racial Equity (CoRE), and encourages financial, spiritual, and relational vitality across the Presbytery.

| | | An Invitation to Celebrate: Community Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills’ New Chapter | | |
The Presbytery of Tampa Bay warmly invites our congregations to join in celebrating an exciting new chapter in the life of Community Presbyterian Church of Zephyrhills.
Following their Annual Meeting, the congregation will officially begin using their new name on January 25. To mark this transition, they will host a Community Open House on Saturday, February 7, from 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., with a ribbon cutting at 3:00 p.m.
This celebration is open to the entire community, and we especially encourage congregations across the Presbytery to attend in support and fellowship. The church will also be unveiling their new logo, Community of Hope identity, and a QR code to their new landing page as they complete their updated website.
We hope many from across the Presbytery will join in this time of celebration and witness to new life and ministry together.

The Presbytery of Tampa Bay shares the following opportunity at the request of Rev. Craig Miller, an active member of the Presbytery:
Peace Presbyterian Church in Lakewood Ranch (Peace River Presbytery) will host a learning and conversation event on Saturday, March 7, 2026, focused on the full inclusion of LGBTQIA siblings in the life of the church. The day will explore the theological grounding for this work, practical actions congregations can take, and will include personal testimonies and time for connection.
The event will be led by Brian Ellison, Executive Director of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians.
This gathering is open to all congregations and individuals across the Presbytery, including those who are curious, learning, or seeking ways to become more welcoming and inclusive.

The Presbytery of Tampa Bay has relocated its administrative office to Woodlawn Presbyterian Church, located at 2612 12th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33704, and is no longer at First Presbyterian Church of Dunedin. Effective January 1, 2026, all correspondence should be mailed to P.O. Box 7458, St. Petersburg, Florida 33734. The Presbytery staff appreciates the cooperation, patience, and support of all involved during this transition.
Please note that your staff works remotely most of the time, so don't just drop by with out calling ahead to see if one of us is there.
