With the start of the new year, several suppliers have announced price increases that will take effect in the coming months. Print or save this quick guide so that you can be sure to get orders in while a lower price is still available:

Metal Sales

8-10% Increase Effective 1/15/24

• We will honor current pricing on Metal Sales panel, trim, & fastener product orders placed before the close of business on Friday January 12, 2024.

Andersen

3.75% Increase Effective 2/5/24

• We will honor current pricing on Andersen window and door orders placed before the close of business on Friday February 2, 2024.

REEB

3% Increase Effective 2/19/24

• Therma-Tru Door Products, 3% Increase
• HB&G Columns & Posts, 3.3% Weighted Average Increase



• We will honor current pricing on REEB product orders placed before the close of business on Friday February 16, 2024.

Larson

3% Increase Effective 3/4/24

• An approximate 3% weighted list price increase is being implemented and adjustments vary across the product offering. Realized price adjustments depend on specific product mix.
• Freight minimums are also being adjusted and orders less than $1200 will be subject to a shipping & handling fee of 20%.



• We will honor current pricing on Larson product orders placed before the close of business on Friday March 1, 2024.

Schlage

2-6% Increase Effective 3/1/24

• Price increases listed below are averages across each brand at the series level and may be higher, lower, or no increase for some products within those brands.

Residential Hardware Portfolio:

• Mechanical: 3%
• Electronics: 2%

Commercial Hardware Portfolio:

• Schlage, Von Duprin, LCN Electronics: 6% 
• Schlage, Von Duprin, LCN Mechanical: 4%
• Falcon, Dexter: 3%
• Accessories including Zero, GJ, and IVES: 3%
• Locknetics: 6%
• Steelcraft/Republic: 3%

• We will honor current pricing on Schlage special orders placed before the close of business on Thursday February 29, 2024.

• In stock item pricing will change beginning on Friday March 1, 2024.
