Offered Live via Zoom

Excel Productivity is for self-taught Excel users to teach them productivity tips and tricks.

The theme is higher productivity, lower frustration. The way to that goal is to learn the little secrets a self-taught user never knew existed.

In this class they will learn how to customize Excel to suit their preferences; the two-step chart; basic formulas; speedy data entry; controlling page layouts, columns, rows, and margins; and managing spreadsheets. We will also work on Charting features (and the super-secret to charts) and by the time they are done, students will finally feel in charge of Excel rather than at the mercy of it.

A Successful Leadership Summit

I'm still buzzing from the energy of our 2nd Annual Leadership Summit! On Wednesday,

October 30th, over 180 leaders gathered to learn and inspire. It was incredible to witness the passion and dedication of our presenters and attendees.

Our speakers covered a wide range of topics, from the importance of emotional intelligence

(EQ) to the power of coaching, mentoring, and "moaching"; We also explored the significance

of consistency, the art of overcoming adversity, and how our values guide our leadership

journeys.

The event was filled with thought-provoking discussions, practical tips, and inspiring stories.

I'm grateful to everyone who attended and made this summit such a success.

As we look ahead, I'm excited to announce that our 3rd Annual Leadership Summit will take

place on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Mark your calendars and get ready for another

incredible day of learning and growth.

INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT

Ché Lanuza

How did you discover your passion for facilitation, and what led you to pursue it professionally?

I’ve loved speaking in front of groups ever since high school, when I joined the Speech and Debate team. Over the years, I’ve been a musician who’s played at TreeFort multiple times, a storyteller with The Moth in Portland, and a local stand-up comic. All of those experiences really shaped my path and led me to this career as a facilitator. Then I took a class on how to facilitate workshops, and we even got to lead an actual training for a local nonprofit. I was hooked from that moment on.

What types of courses do you specialize in, and what draws you to these areas?

I’m passionate about all things leadership, workplace culture, communication, and team building. Think about it—we spend 40 to 70 hours a week at work, depending on our role, building relationships with coworkers. The only thing we do more than that in life is sleep! So if work isn’t a positive experience, it’s going to be tough to enjoy life overall. That’s why I love helping leaders create better workplace cultures.

What is one thing that you are absolutely unbeatable at?

Okay, here’s the deal. Back in my 20s, I became completely obsessed with making the perfect skillet potatoes for a breakfast scramble. I don’t even remember why! I tried all kinds of tricks and techniques, and now, years later, I’ve perfected them. I can confidently say my breakfast potatoes are the best. I’ve even had them for every meal—just yesterday, I made them for a late lunch! It’s a whole process, but I don’t have time to explain it all here. Maybe I need a YouTube channel?
