THE BOARD JOURNEY

Why should you join?

The Board Journey (TBJ) is designed for aspiring and newly appointed women Directors and provides the knowledge base that directors are expected to master, and which forms the basis of effective board membership.

Who should attend?

Newly appointed corporate board directors
Senior businesswomen who hold positions in established companies ranging from division head to CEO or who are retired from such positions
Women in senior executive roles who currently sit on nonprofit or private boards who wish to serve on public corporate boards in any industry
Established women entrepreneurs seeking to improve corporate governance in their own company boards & preparing to serve on public corporate board

Global Women On Boards

Why should you join?

Running for the third consecutive year, this 7-month modular Global Women On Boards (GWOB) provides participants with a global perspective on board governance, leadership and dynamics in boardrooms. Throughout the programme, participants will be guided by expert mentors from across the UK, USA, Asia and Africa.

Who should attend?

CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Heads of functional units
New and current Women Board Directors who want to improve or refresh their skills and knowledge on the expectations of Boards today

Women In Leadership

Why should you join?

LeadWomen's pioneer Women in Leadership (WIL) programme facilitates the national drive to increase female participation in senior decision-making positions. A unique combination of workshops, knowledge sharing, and coaching helps female leaders push the boundaries of their comfort zones and emerge as change agents within their organisations.This 6-month programme comprises the following:

Senior women, one or two career stages away from a more senior leadership or board role
Middle-management women aspiring for senior management roles
