Guided Meditation Group
Every Tuesday in July at 3:00 PM
You will be gently guided in body-centered meditations, including mindfulness of breathing and a focus on relaxation of the body at rest. Our guide is Pamala Lewis, who teaches guided meditations and Back Yoga at the Mystic Y, is the co-coordinator of the New London Community of Mindfulness, and is a devoted student and meditation practitioner of more than 25 years. No prior experience necessary.

Twisty Kids: Creative Movement and Yoga for Kids ages 6 - 9!
Every Monday at 10:30 AM in July
Twisty Kids is a fun and non-competitive approach to get kids moving. Children learn creative movement concepts and yoga postures designed with kids' imagination and fun in mind. They will also learn relaxation techniques and practice mindfulness and respect for others in this class lead by Yoga with Miss Kim. Great for ages 6 - 9 years old!

Join Hazel and learn how to make exotic flowers from scraps of cloth and old buttons. You can use these flowers as home decor, attach to hair accessories, or jazz up an old pin.
