Greetings from Mercy Spirituality Center. This has been a very busy and exciting time for us. On December 1st we went live with our new website, www.mercyspiritualitycenter.org. Check it out as there are quite a few new and exciting features. Look for our next newsletter to arrive in your homes mid January. We have some wonderful programs scheduled and we hope you will take advantage of some of these opportunities for enrichment and growth. The Miracle of Music
35th Anniversary Concert DVD Available
In September of 2013, East Rochester opera singers Laura Heimes Conners and Kevin Conners returned home to perform a benefit concert to mark the 35th anniversary of our ministry. They were joined by the St. Charles Borromeo Sanctuary Choir under the direction of Ralph Zecchino.
If you were in attendance, you know how truly special the afternoon was. If by some chance you missed this wonderful event, we now have available for sale a DVD of the concert. These DVD's can be purchased at Mercy Spirituality Center for $15.

A Day to Call Your Own
We all need time to step back and refresh our mind, body and spirit. This is an opportunity for just that purpose. Begin with prayer in community (optional), simple lunch and rest in your own private room.

A New Years Eve Alternative:
Weave Your Way Into the New Year
Come join us for an evening that begins with a shared meal followed by reflection time on the year past. Included will be some creative time to weave your learnings from this past year into this new year at our doorstep.

Exploring the Enneagram Triads
Building on Enneagram Foundations class, we are offering a 4-week series on the Triads, exploring issues related to the Instinctive, Feeling, and Thinking Centers, the Harmonic Groups (coping strategies when we don't get what we want), and the Hornevian Groups (strategies for getting needs met).
This series of classes will augment your understanding of the nine types with specific information about the patterns of each triadic group.
Class format includes teaching, inquiry, and group processing. Previous experience with the Enneagram Recommended
Series Information:
This four week class beginning on January 13, 2015 will be held EITHER in the afternoon from 1-3 pm OR the evening from 7-9 pm depending on which time has the best availability for the majority of the participants. Please indicate your preference and if you are available for either or both time frames.

Men's Retreat Weekend
The Call to Discipleship: Daily Challenge, Lasting Joy
A time to pray, reflect and share experiences about what our lives of discipleship have been like so far, and where we'd like to go from here. The weekend will include prayer, presentations, discussion and group sharing.

Directed Retreat Weekend
Start the New Year with a "Get Away Weekend with God" - an opportunity for a time of quiet and solitude in a contemplative space. This retreat begins and ends with a group prayer service and offers spiritual direction each day. Eucharistic Liturgy is offered on Saturday. Come! Rest, pray, and reflect on your life in relationship to God, yourself, and others.

Mercy Spirituality Center Needs You!!!!
Looking for a meaningful place to spend your time? If you have had an urge to help out in some way but did not know how or what you could do, here's your chance. We have many opportunities for you to share your talents with us.
We are currently in need of receptionists, cooks, and kitchen helpers. We are also in need of volunteers to: do minor repairs and general carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and gardening.
