The attendance competition is still not over. We will continue our September attendance challenge. The winning class will win a pizza party. We are very thankful for your support with attendance.

We would like to invite all families to the Spartan Homecoming game on Friday at 7:00pm. The Spartans will be playing Los Alamos.

Dinner Time Conversations:

Every morning we begin our day with a conversation about a character trait. This month our focus is respect. Parents can support us by having conversations around this character trait at home. The following questions can support the conversations we are having about respect at school.

Monday: How can we show respect and listen to everyone in the classroom?

Tuesday: How can we encourage our friends?

Wednesday: How do we treat someone with respect even though they are different?

Thursday: Why is it important to respect each other’s names?

Friday: What have you learned about respect?

We would like to acknowledge our respect award winners for the week:

Ajay Sanches

Daphne Montano

Danika Padilla

Kayson Coriz

Ryanne Sanchez

Kaleah Tenorio

Thank you for showing respect at school.
