The Federation launched the community's collaborative security initiative this summer when it hired Community Security Director, Al Tribble. Al acts as an expert security advisor, liaison, and training coordinator for the community. His work focuses on implementing a strategic approach to community security, support, and consultation to Jewish institutions, and rollout of trainings and assessments.

Al has begun conducting site assessments, visiting with community leadership, and setting about the initial work of this project.

As we move into the High Holidays where safety and security are top of mind, we want to share some events that you can join in the coming weeks.

SCN is making available the following trainings prior to the High Holidays. To register, click on the image below to select the training(s) you would like to participate in from the list on their site.

Federation Security Website

We have also launched a security webpage on our website. There, you can find information about upcoming events and trainings, as well as resources on how to handle incidents.
