Additional security and Third Party Integration changes.
SentriLock is enabling an important security feature for the mobile app in late June. If users input an invalid PIN more than three times, they will be temporarily locked out of their account for a few minutes.
And on September 1, 2023, SentriLock will no longer provide integrations to third-party products that utilize SentriLock’s One Day Code API. This will affect vendors that rely on this API to provide One Day Code-based access to properties using SentriLock’s lockboxes.
