Affordable Homes At Risk: Preservation Challenges and Opportunities

Nonprofit housing providers working in the trenches to preserve affordable rental homes will discuss the obstacles they are facing in this work, and local policy leads will describe the proposals currently under development in Sacramento. Participants will have a chance to add their comments and questions to the discussion.

LIHTC 101 & 201

This training series is intended for affordable housing professionals and covers the fundamentals of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program in two parts:

I) federal basics, and II) CA state overlay.

Each training is limited to a maximum number of participants so that attendees are able to better engage and have their questions answered. (Registration for this series is full. Please check back for future training resources.)
