Volunteer Spotlight:

Berney started volunteering at Butte Humane Society in early July and has truly made a mark with his passion for dogs. His extensive background in dog training has enabled him to quickly progress through our dog handling levels, allowing him to provide even more specialized care. Thanks to Berney’s effort, several of our shelter dogs, particularly those needing more skilled handlers, have become more comfortable with walking and socializing. Berney’s dedication is a prime example of how crucial volunteers are in preparing our animals for their forever homes. Thank you, Berney!
