Aitch fishing pier at Raystown Lake
Warm and Sunny...hurrah!
The weather is finally turning warmer and Raystown Lake water surface temperature is around 75 degrees! I think that "flip flop" season is here. I see a lot of folks enjoying the Allegrippis Trails at Raystown Lake and having fun with their boats on the lake. I got to do a short hike at Trough Creek State Park this week and also do a little fishing at the pier at Aitch Boat Launch. (Pictured above.)
Remember to tag the Raystown Lake Region on your "Raycation" photos. Our RLR Facebook page is  LINKED HERE . We encourage you to use #RaystownSelfie, #Raystown and #Allegrippis as appropriate in your social media posts. Keep in touch!

See below for a list of events coming up in the Raystown Lake Region.

Daily sightseeing cruises have begun at Lake Raystown Resort - An RVC Outdoor Destination. Weekend sightseeing cruises have started at Seven Points Marina. The sightseeing cruises leave Seven Points Marina at 130p and from Lake Raystown Resort at 215p.

Enjoy your day!

The Playhouse at McConnellstown presents The Foreigner

http://raystown.org/events/tpm-presents-the-foreigner4.html

11680 Raystown Road McConnellstown (814) 627-0311

Enjoy The Foreigner by Larry Shue at The Playhouse at McConnellstown on June 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14. An inspired comic romp, this play demonstrates what can happen when a group of devious characters must deal with a stranger who (they think) knows no English. Charlie, the foreigner, overhears more than he should; the evil plans of a sinister, two-faced minister and his redneck associate; the fact that the minister's fiance is pregnant; and many other damaging revelations made with the thought that Charlie does not understand a word of what is being said. That he does fuels the nonstop hilarity of the play and sets up the wildly funny climax in which things go uproariously awry for the bad guys, and the good guys emerge triumphant. For more information contact The Playhouse at McConnellstown at (814) 627-0311.

The Playhouse at McConnellstown presents The Foreigner

http://raystown.org/events/tpm-presents-the-foreigner5.html
