P.S. Please don't write me like one landlord has been doing for several years. He writes: "Why do you do hold the Convention toward the beginning of the month which is the busiest time for landlords?"

My response: If you can't get away from your rentals for three days (especially at beginning of the month), that is the very reason you really need to come, because you are letting your rentals run you instead of the other way around, which is one of the absolute biggest mistakes landlords make. I know, because that used to be me as well. The truth is that over the years, you have lost a tremendous amount of time and money (thousands of hours and dollars) by not learning new ideas (including multiple ways to collect rent automatically:) I challenge you to not lose any more time or money. This is your year to go to the Landlord Convention, which is well worth getting away from your rentals for 3 days to learn how to more effectively manage your rentals, increase your cash flow, and even buy more properties!
