Options facing liquidation or insolvency

Explaining Liquidationthis is the process of selling a business's assets to produce enough cash to pay back creditors. It ends in the business closing. If a company is not able to make ends meet, liquidation is one option to pay creditors and close the business. It should noted that liquidation is just one business exit strategy option


Explaining Insolvency: when a company is unable to pay its debts or when it has more liabilities than assets on its balance sheet, this being legally referred to as “technical insolvency”. Liquidation is a legal ending of a limited company.

The sector-specific webinars will follow on Thursday, the 17th of June on “The West London Meets India Healthcare” and “The West London Meets India Education”.

 

The West London Meets India conference and sector-specific webinars are designed to help London’s SMEs to explore the business, trade, and investment opportunities that India has to offer in various sectors and learn how to do business there. There will also be an opportunity to receive mentoring and further advice for SMEs interested in enhancing their India journey, including participation in virtual and/or actual bi-lateral trade delegations.

This new and ambitious project led by CPP Hounslow brings together Hounslow’s local artists to send a message that imagination, hope, and kindness are not cancelled, even in difficult times.  


The exhibition is full of bright, bold, uplifting work representing the artists’ hope for the future of our community.


Discover the works on the J C Decaux digital display boards on the High Street and the digital displays in the Treaty Centre. The exhibition will then tour the London Borough of Hounslow throughout the rest of 2021!
