Update regarding
Meet The Teacher Night
SJRS Families,
As you are aware, our school plans are in place to help navigate the safe reopening of our school for the 2021-2022 school year. Our plan aims to keep everyone safe and keep our school open and provide our students with a quality Catholic educational experience.  We apologize for having to make some changes, but given that we remain in a global pandemic, we are adjusting our plans for Meet The Teacher Night in order to limit the amount of traffic in the school building.
August 25th 4:00 PM-7:00 PM – Our Meet the Teacher night will be for all Kindergarten and New Families.  For our returning families, our teachers will be sharing the same information with you all (by email) on the 25th which will include information about their individual classes and other information about the school.
The uniform swap that was originally planned for Meet The Teacher Night will be held on August 24th from 5:00-7:00 outside of the school.
If you haven't done so already, please complete the student emergency form and photo release form that were mailed to your homes. Please complete and return them before the first day of school.  You can drop them off at school or you can click here to print and then email to dsmarr@sjrschool.com
We have also updated our website with information regarding COVID-19 mitigation measures. Please go to this link http://www.sjrschool.com/covid-19.html  in order to see the SJRS Health and Safety Plan and Other COVID related documents.
Keeping our school open and safe remains our priority for the upcoming 2021-22 school year, and COVID-19 mitigation strategies remain critical to protect students, school staff, and families.  Since the pandemic's beginning, we have seen that schools can conduct in-person learning safely when mitigation strategies are in place. We remain committed to providing our students with a safe, faith-filled and academically sound experience and we pray for a successful 2021-22 school year. Thank you for your ongoing support of our school, of our efforts this academic year, and of Catholic education.
May God bless you and your family.
