As we mentioned in our last message, we want to keep everyone informed about the status of our temporary closure and any updates that arise. Given the continued circumstances that surround the COVID-19 situation, we are still required to stay temporarily closed until further notice.

We'd like to address some common questions we've been asked over the past few weeks:

Q: If you're closed, why am I still receiving appointment notifications?
A: We are working on reaching out to everyone on the schedule for the next few weeks to reschedule these appointments. If we have been unable to reach you, your appointment may remain on the schedule, prompting an automated alert to be sent to your phone/email. Of course, there will be no charge for these appointments, just give us a call or email to reschedule when you can!

Q: Will missing my laser hair removal appointment affect my results?
A: Sticking to a consistent laser hair removal schedule is best for optimal results. However, given the current health crisis, we unfortunately cannot treat anyone until further notice. In the meantime, continue to exfoliate, protect the treatment area from sun exposure, and avoid waxing/tweezing/depilatory creams so we can safely resume your treatments as soon as we reopen.
When you come in for your next appointment, we can assess the area and make adjustments to your treatment schedule as needed.

Q: What can I do for my skin while at home?
A: Even though you're at home, you can still treat yourself to a little spa day! Check back later this week for our tips for Self-Care at Home!

We hope to see this situation resolved very soon. We miss you all and hope you are staying safe, healthy, and enjoying your time at home. We can't wait to catch up with you once our doors reopen, and we will continue to keep you all informed with when that will be.
