Operations and Resident Support:
Our campaign to engage both residents and our staff in fighting COVID-91 continues. Entitled ALL IN , the campaign has focused on helping residents access resources and stay safe, informed and connected. It is also geared at celebrating the great work of our staff in doing this. Below are some current examples:


Here are some of our planning documents. Please use for your purposes.

Rent Collections:
  • We’ve collected 87% of April expected receipts:
o Cumulative receipts are down (3%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 13th. 
o Cumulative receipts are flat compared to Jan through the 13th.

  • In terms of types of properties or receipts:
o Resident receipts are at 85% 
  • Down (4%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 13th. 
  • Down (3%) compared to Jan through the 13th.

o Subsidy receipts are at 95% 
  • Up 4% compared to Feb & Mar through the 13th.
  • Up 10% compared to Jan through the 13th.

o Senior total receipts are at 94%
  • Down (1%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 13th.
  • Up 3% compared to Jan through the 13th.

o Family total receipts are at 86%
  • Down (3%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 13th.
  • Down (1%) compared to Jan through the 13th.
