Rent collection continues to mirror previous month’s trends
Rent Collections:
  • We’ve collected 81% of April expected receipts:
o Cumulative receipts are down (2%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 6th. 
o Cumulative receipts are up 4% compared to Jan through the 6th.

  • In terms of types of properties or receipts:
o Resident receipts are at 80% 
  • Down (3%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 6th. 
  • Up 2% compared to Jan through the 6th.

o Subsidy receipts are at 86% 
  • Down (1%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 6th. 
  • Up 12% compared to Jan through the 6th.

o Senior total receipts are at 91%
  • Down (2%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 6th. 
  • Up 6% compared to Jan through the 6th. 

o Family total receipts are at 80%
  • Down (2%) compared to Feb & Mar through the 6th. 
  • Up 4% compared to Jan through the 6th.
