Pastor's Letter
Sermon Prep.:  Luke 3:16-17; Ephesians 3:14-20
Church Family,

Our returning guest speaker for this Sunday is Dr. Bill Sawyer! Be sure to not miss this message on "The Baptism with Fire." Yes, Dr. Sawyer will be speaking about the Holy Spirit and the roll it plays in the lives we live. And not to give away too much before the message, one point that will be made is that the Holy Spirit is like FIRE because it purifies one's spirit, soul, & body. Consider the role you play in the Body of Christ. Are you submitting to the Spirit? Our Big Idea this Sunday is that, "The Holy Spirit brings life, counsel, guidance, teaching, peace, anointing, blessing, conviction, repentance, regeneration, deliverance, (em)power(ment), heart/soul/mind/strength winning, equipping, and glory to Christ & His Bride." We look forward to seeing you this Sunday as we Receive, Grow, & Share the Love of God with One Another.

Blessings,
Pastor Will

To our friends at Harrisonville Church of the Nazarene,

Thank you for your recent support of our family through LINKS!  We are so grateful for your prayers and support.

Since we are your new LINKS missionaries, here is a little information about us…
We’ve been serving on the Asia-Pacific region for the last 16 years.  Before we moved to Okinawa, Japan, we lived in Guam and Manila, Philippines.  Brian serves as the pastor of Keystone Nazarene Church, an international congregation in Okinawa, and Julie is the Literacy teacher at Okinawa Christian School International.  Justin just started 6 th  grade and Noah is in 3 rd  grade this year. We love living on the beautiful island of Okinawa and are so thankful for the church and school communities God has given us here.

We’re excited to get to know you!  Please let us know if you have questions about us, Japan, or anything else.  Let us know how we can be praying for you and ways you would like to connect.

God bless,
Brian, Julie, Justin, and Noah Woolery

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
Friends in Christ,
God invites us to hold the needs of our sisters and brothers
as dear to us as our own needs.
Loving our neighbors as ourselves,
we offer our thanksgivings and our petitions
on behalf of the church and the world.

Prayers of the People, concluding with:

Hear our prayers, God of power,
and through the ministry of your Son
free us from the grip of the tomb,
that we may desire you as the fullness of life
and proclaim your saving deeds to all the world. Amen.
