Thank you for your patience as we work to prioritize the health and safety of our collegiate members.
Over the past few weeks, our staff has been working to close all houses in response to each university's directives. We are coordinating move-outs for our properties while adhering to university, local and state recommendations and restrictions. In locations where a stay-at-home order was issued before residents were able to collect their belongings, all items are secured in our homes until such time as move-out can occur. Whenever possible, we have partnered with housing and residence life offices to offer accommodations to members needing/desiring to stay on-campus. The safety of our collegians remains our priority.
In the coming weeks, we will be exploring housing and meal plan refunds where applicable. While we are working through this process, please understand it is time intensive. Please hold all additional questions and inquiries at this time. Responding to questions slows our audit process, thus delaying our ability to finalize potential refunds.
