Take a quick minute to make sure your contact info is up to date on the following platforms to ensure that you are receiving the communications and access you need for your business!
Update Your NHMR Profile
Login to the NHMR Member Portal. Your default username is your NRDS ID and your default password is your last name (all lower case). If you need to find your NRDS ID, click here.

  • On your dashboard, click on Update Your Profile in the Blue Box. This will allow you to update your entire member profile.
  • Under Personal Info, you can check off additional Languages you speak
  • Click on Payment Information if you would like to store a credit card on file
  • You can also see if your Code of Ethics is up to date:
"Current COE Cycle Complete: No/Yes"
Add Primary Field of Business to Your NAR Profile
Your NHMR profile will also update your NAR Member profile at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) website, https://www.nar.realtor/my-account.

Agents that have not created a profile yet, can do so here: nar.realtor/new-member.

Under My Profile, review that your information is accurate and make any necessary updates. Edit Professional Details to update your record by choosing which Primary Field of Business best suits you - Residential or Commercial.

You can also go to the Subscriptions & Notifications tab to update your communications preferences and subscribe to special NAR newsletters and REALTOR Magazine.
SUPRA E-Key Records
Your NHMR Member Portal Account will also update the information Supra has on file for you. It is very important that Supra has your correct office information, email and cell phone number on file in the event you need an authorization code or any other assistance.
