Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange annually updates your cooperative’s OSHA 300A data on the Federated website. This is an effort to study OSHA recordable incident rates for rural electric systems nationwide. I appreciate the effort by all cooperatives in providing this information. All individual cooperative information is kept strictly confidential. The combined information is used for state, regional and national comparisons. 

The OSHA 300A (summary of work-related injuries and illnesses) provides measurement information to assist cooperative and statewide associations in working to lower recordable incident rates. You may now fill out your 2023 OSHA 300A Summary online by following the link here (login required).  As an alternative, you may still email your 2023 OSHA 300A Summary to safetyinfo@federatedrural.com or fax to (913) 541-2870.
