2024 1st Quarterly Statements Update
HOMEOWNERS,
We wanted to remind you that 1st quarterly assessments are due January 1, 2024. Assessments are the same as HOA Payments for those new to living in an HOA.

So that you know, the billing statements were mailed later than usual. As a courtesy, the Board of Directors has decided not to apply any late fees or interest on 1st quarter assessments as long as they are paid on or before January 31, 2024. Any payments received after will receive the regular late fees and interest.

How you can determine your assessment rate:
Step 1: Is your unit located in the Traditional Neighborhood or the
Resort area?

Step 2: Do you live in an attached or detached unit?

If you are a part of a sub-association (Skyline, Auburn Hills, and Coves), please note that you are billed two different assessment rates, one for the Master and one for the sub-association. See below.

Please use the UPDATED "How-to Guide. to refer to when prompted by the AAB Portal for information that will be required to make or set up payments:

Homeowners will have two separate portals to manage their association accounts.
  1. The VMS HOMEOWNER PORTAL is where you will view your account balance and update any personal contact information. So that you know, future quarterly assessments fill up your VMS account on the due date.
  2. The ALLIANCE ASSOCIATION BANK PORTAL is where you make your payments.

If you have questions about paying your assessments on the VMS Homeowner portal or navigating around the Alliance Association Bank (AAB), please refer to page 16 of the RESIDENT GUIDE "How-to Guide."

Are you already set up an ACH? If so, the withdrawal will automatically apply to the new assessment rates on January 6th.
