Dear CHCA Members and Residents,

It was an honor and privilege to be the CHCA President over the past two years. I enjoyed getting to know the CHCA Board, continue to connect with old neighbors and meet loads of new ones. As a CHCA resident for 25 years, I encourage you all to get involved in big or small ways. We are a wonderful community and one in which you'll get back what you put in. I hope you can join us this Thursday night at 7pm at the SAAC. This is a great opportunity to learn more about this fun neighborhood organization and see the dedication of many of our CHCA residents and board members.

Separately, I want to give a special shout out to Jessica Engebretsen. She is a financial advisor and resident of CHCA along with her husband, Lloyd and son, Tommy. After enjoying the CHCA events last year, Jessica offered to make a $500 donation this year on behalf of her employer, LongView Wealth Management, a company that supports their employee's efforts to build community. This donation allowed CHCA to fully defray the costs of the refreshing King of Pops which were enjoyed by kids and adults alike during our recent ArtFest/SpringFest. Thank you, Jessica!
