Dear GMS Families,
We hope you and your family are safe and healthy. Our CASA faculty send their best and miss working with your children.
You will receive an email from me and the executive committee of the board of trustees shortly sharing next steps for our School. In the meantime, we wanted to provide your family with an update on our CASA program.
Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, we are suspending CASA charges. This suspension will remain in effect until we resume in-person learning on campus and are able to once again provide Early Bird and After-School CASA services.
- For our families who pay monthly, we will suspend CASA charges until we resume in-person learning on campus. Credit for prorated CASA charges from March will be applied to and reduce your tuition bill for April.
- For our families that pay annually or quarterly, we will apply a credit for prorated CASA charges from March to your account to be used against future tuition payments.
- There also is an option to forgo the credit and prorating, if you would like to consider making a tax-deductible donation of your CASA fees (or a portion thereof) to help support our CASA faculty, who are hourly employees. If you elect to go this route, please email Amy Wagoner by Friday, April 3.
- For any other questions about your CASA fees, please email Amy Wagoner.
We wish you all the best in these difficult times. We will continue to stay in touch as we remain open and committed to delivering the best in hands-on experiential education for all our students.
