Our sales team has been working hard to get the sales and marketing materials ready to be able to present to you the newest Active Adult Community in Mullica Hill. Additionally, our construction team has been busy with getting the land improvements underway. We expect to start pre-sales by the beginning of October 2022. Once we have everything in place we will be sending out another email to inform you that we are ready to set appointments with our sales team: Brenda Bencini & Dorothy Macquade aka Golden Girls NJ of Century 21 Alliance. At this appointment you will be able to preview the home designs with our virtual tours, interactive floorplans and community site map as well as select your homesite for your future home at Orchard View.
Orchard View at Mullica Hill will consist of 190 homes with 139 single family homes and 51 carriage homes along with a future club house with outdoor pool, exercise room, billiards area, library and areas for social activities plus Pickle Ball and Bocce Ball courts. The community will offer a carefree lifestyle with the home owners association providing lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, fertilization and snow removal.
These single family ranch style homes will have a multitude of structural options available in order to customize your new home to your unique style. Choices of exterior architectural styles include, Traditional, Cottage and Farmhouse, and interior options such as sunrooms, lofts, additional bedrooms, additional baths and storage rooms, to name a few. Additionally, you will meet with our selection coordinator to choose your interior designs such as gourmet kitchens, trim work, flooring and lighting. These flexible floorplans will range from 1,450 to 3000 sq ft.
