Clerk of Court, Jean Marie Christy, shared the following information from NCAOC:

In preparation for eCourts Track 6 go-live, Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) will be shut down from Friday, October 11, at 5:00 p.m. until data conversion of the ICMS Track 6 cutover is complete. Anticipated data conversion completion is Sunday morning, October 13, 2024.

Statewide eWarrants and Enterprise Justice users, external partners, and the public will not be able to take advantage of features enabled by the Enterprise Justice application or its database during this time. Most eCourts functionality will be UNAVAILABLE including:

• Enterprise Justice (Odyssey)
• File & Serve
• Portal

In addition, Enforcement Mobile (Brazos) citations will be held until Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) is enabled. When Enterprise Justice is reenabled, users are likely to experience cache rebuilding and a delayed first login. Existing Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) users are strongly encouraged to log in Sunday or early Monday to allow adequate time for this process.
