Good Morning,
During these unprecedented and uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to provide our valued clients and partners with an update regarding what we are doing here at Creative Materials to continue to support you and your business, while keeping our employees and communities safe. We have learned that risk mitigation is critical in minimizing the societal effects of the coronavirus (Covid-19), so we will be taking some action steps while also staying focused on providing service to our clients.
Our employees that are able to do so have begun working from home and have full access to all of our systems in order to assist clients. Please note that we have instructed Creative Materials employees to minimize all travel that requires being in large groups of people or traveling through airports until March 31, 2020. However, we are fully equipped to host virtual meetings and would be glad to do so. Our website continues to be an excellent resource to select and view products virtually.
Most importantly, we do not anticipate any major interruptions to our operations at this time. Our sample warehouse continues to be fully operational and we have advised warehouse employees to stay home if they or someone in their home is feeling ill.  Employees are cleaning and sanitizing work and shipping stations continuously. All samples are cleaned before shipping.  Production facilities are still up and running in the US and in countries where we manufacture product.  In Europe, trucks are still moving material to port to ship to the US.
One of our core values here at Creative Materials Corporation is Care About Others, and another is Client-First. As we look forward to a return to normalcy, we will continue to be guided by these values and do our best to make good decisions for our clients, employees and the communities we help build.
