What's happening in the Real Estate Market?

• BUYERS: We are seeing an increase in Inventory ..what does that mean for you? More opportunity for Buyers. The current inventory levels have improved: 2025 January inventory numbers..1000 active listings and June showed an increase to 1482. I expect more inventory in July.

• BUYERS are becoming more discriminating about "what they want for their money" and Sellers are taking note now.

• Real Estate, looking long term, is still a good investment, (please view charts below) which not only provides possible tax advantages and stability for you and your family but also, when considering the high rents, investing makes a lot of sense!
