Dear Brook Family,

We would like to take a few minutes to update you on what’s happening at The Brook as we continue to navigate the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We, God’s people, are the church! We are so grateful that God has blessed The Brook with the resources to worship, pray and care for one another regardless of our location. The latest news and recommendations from government officials urge us to practice social distancing and keep gatherings below 10 people.  Therefore, we have made the decision to suspend all on-campus church activities through the end of the March.

We will evaluate this decision as the situation continues to unfold. In the meantime, we will continue to worship and seek God together so that we can experience Him as a ministry and personally in our own homes.

Online-Only Sunday Services
Starting this Sunday, March 22, we will gather online (through The Brook app, Facebook, YouTube and website) as one Brook Family for worship services at 7:45 & 11:15am. If you’ll be watching the livestream on Facebook, we encourage you to host watch parties and share our worship experience on your feed. If you’ll be watching on our website or YouTube, consider inviting someone to join you by sending them the link.

Mid-Week Corporate Prayer
Each Wednesday morning at 7:00am, we will stand united in prayer and faith on our Corporate Prayer Conference Call. Dial in at (425) 436-6302 with Access Code: 449029. Also, if you or a family member are in need of prayer,   submit a personal prayer request   so that our Prayer Team can pray over your request.

Opportunities to Support & Give
Even though we’re not gathering in-person for church, you still have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others through prayer and giving. Our Outreach Ministry is currently working with our community partners, to determine areas in our community where we can offer support. Stay tuned for more information. To Text 2 Give, text TheBrook to 73256. You may also   give online .

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Web Page
Brook Family, we want to help keep you informed. We have created a  COVID-19 web page   to provide links to communications, up-to-date information and important resources.

In closing, we have been called to and graced for such a time as this. As stated previously, we will continue to monitor and evaluate this fluid situation. If you have any questions or concerns, please email   [email protected] .

Sincerely,

Pastor Simeon Moultrie
Lead Pastor of The Brook
