Reed Fountain also has experience in cases involving fiduciary litigation including will caveats, trust disputes and claims of breach of fiduciary duty. Stephen Brown has been particularly busy lately. He has recently assisted three business clients with creation of employee incentive plans and successfully settled two estate dispute matters.
Sue Haberberger has recently joined the Board of Meals on Wheels of Wake County. She also serves on the Boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina and the North Carolina Museum of History Associates.
Andrew Fletcher joined the firm last December. He is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and the Campbell University Law School. Andrew concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, business law and real estate.
