Parole Mobility Study
Comment Period Extended to December 31, 2020
The Office of Transportation has completed a Multi-modal (Bicycle, Pedestrian, Transit, and Vehicular) Mobility Study of the Parole Growth Management Area. The Mobility Study will support the Office of Planning and Zoning’s update of the Parole Urban Design Concept Plan (PUDCP), the master plan for the Parole Growth Management Area (PGMA), which is currently underway.

The purpose of the study is to identify necessary short-term and long-term improvements to meet the Parole Town Center’s future multi-modal mobility needs and provide a connected transportation network supporting all users of the right-of-way including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders, and motorists.

The study was broken into two reports, an existing conditions report and a recommendations report. The recommendations report consisted of a series of recommended improvements with regard to street typologies (cross-sections), bicycle, pedestrian, transit network improvements, as well as roadway and intersection improvements.

All reports and recommendations, as well as a link to provide comments, can be found by clicking here.
