County Executive's Message
Today, I announced that indoor and outdoor social gathering restrictions will be lifted. We are making progress, but we’re not there yet. Warm weather makes a difference, which is great news for everyone participating in summer activities. But, getting vaccinated is the only way we can stay on track and reduce the spread of COVID-19 and its variants once temperatures decrease again this fall.

Our County Police Department's Body Worn Camera Program is on track, and training for our officers and deployment of the cameras will both begin this summer. But first, we want to introduce this program to the community and answer your questions.
Transparency, trust, and respect are the foundation of our work. This program enhances all three, and I'm proud our team is ready to share their work with you. For additional information on the program, visit aacounty.org/body-worn-cameras
