UPDATE ON RENT INCREASE FORMS

We hope you found last week's updates on the new rent increase forms useful.The Rent Stabilization Department has changed the location of several of these forms. You can find the forms here in English and in Spanish. Remember: Any rent increase must include this form. Both English and Spanish copies must be displayed in a conspicuous location on the property.
