Update on Employee Rights and Returning to Work During the COVID-19 Era

This program is FREE for BHBA Members and $25 for Non Members.
About the Program

Over the past year, federal, state, and local governments have enacted numerous employment laws in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. With COVID-19 vaccines now widely available in the U.S. and more employees returning to work, it is important to learn how emerging issues could affect the workplace and employees’ rights with respect to these issues.

Join us for an update on employee rights and returning to work during the COVID-19 era. In this webinar, our dynamic speakers will discuss:

  • Considerations for employees returning to the workplace and workplace safety, including screening and sanitation requirements
  • Whether employers can request employees’ COVID-19 vaccination status
  • Whether employers can require employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccination
  • Paid leave for COVID-19 vaccination
