Update on MoneyPlus vendor effective January 1, 2024
We wanted to provide you with a time-sensitive update about the vendor for MoneyPlus that will be effective January 1, 2024. There will be no change in the MoneyPlus vendor for January 1, 2024, and ASIFlex will continue to be the third-party administrator for MoneyPlus through December 2025. As a reminder, MoneyPlus includes Medical Spending Accounts, Limited-use Medical Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Spending Accounts.
Administrative fees
As previously announced, the administrative fee will still reduce to $2.14 per account per month for the 2024 plan year.
Customer Service
The contact information for ASIFlex will not change. You can log in to your account and access other information at www.ASIFlex.com/SCMoneyPlus. The customer service phone number is 833.SCM.PLUS (833.726.7587).
Confirmation notices
ASIFlex will send confirmation letters to enrolled participants the week of December 11. You should contact your benefits administrator if you notice an error in your enrollment information.
Debit cards
If you are a current 2023 participant, do not destroy your ASIFlex debit cards. ASIFlex debit cards that are fewer than five years old will continue to work after December 31, 2023. If your debit card is five years old and scheduled to expire at the end of 2023, ASIFlex will reissue cards to you in December. This process is automatic, and you do not need to request new cards if your cards expire at the end of 2023.
If you are a new participant for the 2024 plan year, ASIFlex will issue you debit cards in December.
If you lost or destroyed your current card, you can request new cards by logging in to your account at www.ASIFlex.com/SCMoneyPlus; however, please do not request new cards simply because your card expires in December 2023.
