Update on Steinhatchee & Hurricane Ian!
Initially when we first became aware of Hurricane Ian, Steinhatchee was in the direct path. Thankfully we have been keeping a very close eye on the weather and it has changed direction and we are no longer in a high risk area. Our hearts go out to Fort Myers and the surrounding areas that will face Ian's massive impact.
Thank you to everyone who has checked in on us! We are operating business as usual but taking caution and making basic precautions for some wind. Below are photos from the low tide we experienced this morning. Hurricane Ian was pulling water out.

Casting for Christ Fishing Tournament had 90 anglers participate! They are very grateful to all who came out and supported the Aucilla Christian Academy. All the money raised through this event benefits their Athletic Department. They are already planning for next years tournament. The winners are as follows...
1st Place Trout – Marshall Slaughter, 2.11lbs
