Hello, Master Trainers and Class Leaders!
Happy New Year - welcome to 2026. I hope you were all able to find some time to rest and recharge over the holiday season. I have an update on our updated materials and some clarifying information for you.
Due to circumstances out of our control, the updated class series scripts are delayed. Previously, we had been given a deadline of the end of 2025 - which has now come and gone. At this time, I do not have a more specific updated timeline for you, but I am hoping it will only be a few more weeks.
Again, I know this is disappointing and frustrating. I wholeheartedly agree and understand your feelings. I am doing everything I can to ensure the materials are completed ASAP while also maintaining program standards. I will continue to be vigilant and persistent in my requests to get all updated materials to you. I appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate these uncontrollable bumps in the road!
In the meantime, I do have additional information, plus some reminders, for you:
- Sample the new scripts in two videos for Class Leaders and Master Trainers
- While we do not have the scripts to provide to you to use yet, I created two videos so you can sample the new scripts. One video focuses on the updated formatting for the new scripts, and a second video focuses on phrasing changes and edits. Each video is 20-25 minutes long, with repeated information throughout. It is strongly recommended that all Master Trainers and Class Leaders review these videos.
- Continue printing the handouts for caregiver participants
- While we wait for the scripts to become available, we recommend you continue to print the handouts for participants instead of using the worksheets in the workbook. As you'll learn in the video, some examples have changed. For program fidelity and continuity, please continue to print the handouts in your materials for participants.
- eBook will remain available until new scripts are complete

If you wish to hold off on using the workbook until the new scripts are completed, that is absolutely okay. The eBook copy of The Caregiver Helpbook will remain available for purchase ($25 per license) to use in your classes instead of the Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workbook for the time being. When the new scripts are available, the eBook will no longer be available for purchase. Make sure you're downloading the PDF to your device so you can keep the book long-term.
