Effective August 28th 2018, a new form titled ' Seller's Authorization to Delay Showings from Multiple Listing Service Inc.' will be required on Delayed listings. 

• Your Seller will need to sign this disclosure form. The completed form is to be uploaded to the Delayed listing, along with the listing agreement. 
• With this form, the Start Showing Date will be locked in. 
• The property can no longer go active earlier than the date advertised. 

 

In the Change screen, the ability to make a Delayed listing Active will be removed.
