Given the continued attention and the everchanging effects of COVID-19 on businesses and communities, we want to provide an update to all our customers.
First, our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate everyone who is on the front line working to contain COVID-19. I hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe.
As a valued Arizona and Utah Contractor License Center customer, your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. With continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share the steps we are taking to protect all customers and employees.
- We are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from our Governors in both states and the CDC and other local health authorities.
- We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our locations. We know this is more important than ever. Aligned with guidance from health authorities, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our locations.
- Employee wellbeing is also a top priority. We are encouraging team members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing and staying home if they are feeling ill.
- Here at Arizona and Utah Contractor License Center, our first concern is the health and safety of our employees and clients. For this reason, we are asking every person starting Monday March 30, 2020:
- Have you or a household family member traveled out of state within the last 14 days
- Have you or a household family member come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has been diagnosed with Coronavirus in the past 14 days?
- Have you or a household family member experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days? (Cough, fever, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing or sore throat)
- If the answer to any of the above questions is “yes,” we ask that you not return to any of our locations for at least fourteen days.
- If the answer is “no” to all three questions, please ring the doorbell located outside of each of our offices and we will let you in.
- It is suggested that you only study at only one location during this time.
