Under IRS rules, the College is obligated to provide full-time employees who are eligible for health coverage with Form 1095-C. While you will not need to include your 1095-C with your 2023 tax return, you may use this information to help complete your tax return.
We are approaching the deadline for employees to input their 1095-C Printing Election to the electronic option in Workday. Please help ACC go a little greener by saving on paper printouts of these documents. Instructions on how to do this are included in this Instructional Video.
AND...If you switch to the electronic option by February 12, 2024, you can enter a prize drawing for a chance to win an awesome prize (umbrellas, water bottles, and other fun options).
Click HERE once you have completed the steps to do this to be entered into the prize drawing. All prize winners will be notified after March 1st, and prizes will be sent via intercampus mail or available for pick up at Highland Campus.
The electronic 1095-C Tax Documents will become available by March 1, 2024, and can be found under your Benefits application in Workday under View My ACA Forms.
