Dear ECD,
Exciting changes are on the horizon. This month, we started the process of transitioning our resident services to a new delivery model. This new way of working breaks down silos to integrate our property management and resident services teams to provide a consistent, broad base of core services to residents across our full portfolio.
This effort has long been in the works. As ECD reorganizes its approach to resident services, a new team of Resident Services Managers is being onboarded under the leadership of our AVP of Resident Experience Tory Graves. Our Resident Services Managers will be responsible for supporting the delivery of service in communities while nurturing partnerships with local providers. Oversight, data collection, and resource development will be provided by our strategy team under the leadership of our VP of ECD Resident Services Nii Sowah at the corporate level.
While we anticipate learning curves along the way, I am encouraged by what I’m seeing. I’d like to take this moment to express my thanks and gratitude to those who have contributed their time and expertise over many months of planning – Brian McLaughlin, Nii Sowah, Monica Areford, Amanda House Harris, Raven Willoughby, Kelly Shifflet, Gary Hanley, Kate Sama, Jacob Greer, Kim Campbell, and Tory Graves - to help ECD make this pivot and embrace our new way of working. All of this work leans into our mission and will help ECD deliver more fully on its commitment to putting RESIDENTS FIRST.
