Governor Mills - Reopening Messages

July 1: Due to improving public health metrics in those states, visitors from Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey are exempt from the 14-day quarantine requirement or negative COVID-19 testing alternative, effective July 3.

June 26: Nearly 100 Maine cities and towns will receive a total of $9 million in grants to support local COVID-19 prevention efforts.

June 22: After outbreaks in other states, indoor bar service in Maine did not resume as scheduled on July 1 in order to protect public health.
