Meet the Keynote Speaker

Idaho REALTORS® is pleased to announce that Robert Spendlove, Senior Economist at Zions Bank and member of the Utah House of Representatives, will be speaking during our Board of Directors Keynote lunch at the April Board Meeting. Robert is a distinguished expert in economic trends and public policy. Renowned for his ability to clearly articulate complex economic issues, he brings a wealth of knowledge from his experiences in policy advising, legislative roles, and media analysis. His expertise encompasses macroeconomics, demographics, financial markets, and public policy. We are looking forward to his insights as our keynote speaker regarding real estate trends and developments in Idaho.

2024 March Madness Bracket Challenge

Idaho REALTORS® 2024 March Madness Bracket Challenge is right around the corner. The Bracket Challenge is for 2024 RPAC Major Investors who have made their RPAC pledge for this year. In order to participate you will need to submit your 2024 Pledge Form to Pete Katsilometes by March 15th. Brackets will be distributed to participants by March 18th.

The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is designed for real estate professionals focusing on assisting current and former military service members with their housing needs. The program educates REALTORS® on various aspects of working with U.S. service members and veterans, including understanding the specifics of military relocation and how it affects their housing decisions. It enables real estate professionals to guide service members through the process of renting or buying, selling or renting, and helps them in finding suitable homes.
